The check-in inventory process is absurd!!! Missing kitchen items like pots and pans made the kitchenette useless for cooking!!! A visit from the manager would have been appreciated for resolving discrepancies!!!

I had a truly wonderful stay! My Superior King Apartment was spacious, always clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchenette was a delightful surprise, allowing me to prepare snacks, and I enjoyed a lovely view of the courtyard from the balcony.

The staff here were friendly and offered good advice on what to see. Also, the room was clean and quiet, which was nice after a long day out.
